Newsletters

There is a periodic newsletter sending service offered exclusively to those who have expressly requested it by registering or to those who have given their consent by accepting a subscription proposal.

In case of subscription to the newsletter, the data will be used to periodically send communications regarding information, services and promotional initiatives promoted in accordance with the objectives of the project itself. In particular, the provision of the postal code and the selection of topics of interest will make it possible to offer an even more selective and fitting service for the recipients.

For the management of the subscriber database and for sending the newsletters, a third-party platform is used, Mailchimp, which allows the computerized management of contact lists; the relative policy can be consulted here (the paragraph "Your lists" refers to the data collected). When connecting to the database, all appropriate IT security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized unauthorized access by third parties.

The newsletter subscription mechanism provides for a registration verification via a private notification and confirmation email (double opt-in); in this way the possibility of someone being subscribed to the list by third parties and without their explicit authorization is avoided.

At any time, the person concerned may request the extrapolation and making available of the data concerning him, their rectification or integration, as well as the cancellation and exclusion from the service.

terms and conditions

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

Version dated 02/21/2019

The site may occasionally offer access links to sites of other bodies, organizations, bodies or companies: Health4u cannot be held responsible for their availability, their content, the products and services offered, nor, even less, for any damage or losses incurred as a result of their use. Furthermore, it is not responsible for the methods and purposes for the collection and processing of personal data by such third parties.

The user undertakes to strictly comply with the following rules of conduct:

not to make communications that cause damage or disturbance to the network or to third party users or that violate the laws and regulations in force;

not to post material or communications with potentially offensive content or that cause damage to the harmonious development of the minor's personality on the net, to respect the principles that regulate public order and social security, avoiding the dissemination of messages, images or other material that could instigate the commission of crimes, the use of violence or violent acts, any form of participation or collaboration in illegal activities;

not to disseminate anything harmful to decorum or human dignity, or that has pornographic content or that is contrary to morality or that favors prostitution or child pornography;

not to post material that is prejudicial to the harmonic, psycho-relational and physical development of minors or that incites abuse and/or crimes against minors;

not to upload material that violates copyright law or other intellectual or industrial property rights; in particular pirated software, music files, images, videos, texts protected by copyright;

do not use disrespectful language, much less filthy terms and avoid flame (do not abuse);

do not enter pornographic and sexual material or in any case of an obscene nature;

not to post offensive or defamatory material against anyone, including expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, irreverence or threats;

do not send material that contains its own or third party judicial data;

If you intend to participate, keep the following guidelines in mind:

When you enter your personal data, you lose control of it. The data can be recorded by all the contacts and members of the groups to which one has joined, reworked, disseminated, even after years.

Sometimes, by agreeing to enter a social network, the company that manages the service is granted the license to use the material posted online (photos, chats, writings, thoughts) without time limits.

Most social networking sites are based overseas, and so are their servers. In the event of a legal dispute or problems arising from a violation of privacy, you are not always protected by Italian and European laws.

If you decide to leave a social networking site, you are often only allowed to "deactivate" the profile, not "delete" it. The data, the materials that have been entered online could still be stored on the servers, in the computer archives of the company that offers the service. Read carefully what the conditions of use and the privacy guarantees offered in the contract that you accept at the time of registration provide.

You need to think before entering your data online if you don't want it to be disseminated or used to your detriment. It is advisable to report any violations to the Guarantor so that he can intervene to protect the user.

When you insert photos of third parties or "tag" them, ask yourself first if you are infringing on the privacy of others. If in doubt, first request the consent of the third party.

Beware of fake profiles. All you need is a photo, name and some information about a person's life to get hold of their identity online.

Beware of information made available online. The date and place of birth are sufficient to obtain the tax code. Other information could help to trace the bank or postal account or username and password.

Use login and password different from the credentials set for access to other sites, to manage e-mail, home banking operations and the like. Change your password often.

It should be noted that Health4u is clearly committed to supervising the correct use of the interactive services made available to the user in order to prevent illegal content from being placed on the network: it therefore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, in the event of incorrect actions or suspects, the right to eliminate the contents entered or modify them after their entry by the user and also to inhibit access to users at any time and for any legitimate reason, without notice, as well as to inform, where appropriate, the Authorities Competent if it verifies the illegality of the contents sent or the illegality of the behavior of the users.

In particular, if the unlawful behaviors are performed by users registered on the site, Health4u, without notice, will remove the user's profile and prevent the user from using the services available up to that moment through the site.

In no event shall Health4u be liable for any inappropriate, offensive or indecent content, or for errors or omissions, transmitted or made available through its site. As mentioned, Health4u will not be able to pre-examine the submitted content but will have the right to block or remove any type of content, at its discretion.

The user agrees to assume all risk inherent in the use of any type of content.

The user allows Health4u to collect and store the personal data released using the services available on the site, and to communicate them: (a) for justice needs; (b) to defend against claims by third parties; (c) to protect the rights and safety of you, users and the general public. Any violation, even if only presumed, of these conditions of use, or the violation, even if only presumed, of the rights of third parties and/or legal provisions in force in our legal system will result in the suspension or interruption of the services and, where necessary or appropriate, the reporting to the Competent Authorities. In particular, Health4u will inform the Competent Authorities if behaviors that could constitute a crime are found.
